I'm Martin Mishler, an attorney in Sabetha, Kansas.

Men for Missions has been an important part of my life. My Dad went with a work team to Haiti in the early 1970s, and I went as a senior in high school. I now serve as a board member with One Mission Society.

My wife and I also lead short term teams from our church through MFM. Hundreds of people have been impacted by short term trips. Many people say when they go to Haiti the first time and see all that Haiti is, all the poverty and beauty, the transformed people learning about Jesus, that transforms their lives.

My wife is a missionary kid who grew up in Haiti, and we met when I was there on a short term trip. Her father went on a short term trip and was called to full time missionary service. MFM has been the catalyst for our family being intertwined in missions.
