“Is prayer your steering wheel or your spare tire?” Corrie ten BoomSo be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. (Eph. 5:15-16) I am not often blessed with the opportunity to preach (probably for obvious reasons), but this past week I had the privilege to share at Grace Chapel in tiny Prairie City, Oregon, on the east side of the state. With the pandemic still grounding our travel and many opportunities to share, God has been asking me if I am making the most of every opportunity I have been given over the last few months. OK, so I'm not taking teams now or traveling in my region, but am I using the time I have to share of Christ's Love and the need of a Savior to all I come in contact with? It became clear and convicting, as I gave this challenge to Grace Chapel, that there definitely are opportunities I am not taking advantage of that God gives me throughout the day. I am convinced that improving this area of my life begins with time on my knees every morning asking God for opportunities to serve Him better and redeeming every minute of every day for His Glory because, yes, the days are evil. Please consider looking at your schedule and seeing what you can free up that has no eternal value and using that time to serve our Savior better. Please pray for:
We can't thank you all enough for these past several years and the time you've invested in this ministry by your prayers and support. We are truly blessed not only by you but because of what we get to do for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is an amazing honor to serve Him, and we look forward to what these next five months of 2020 will bring for Christ's Kingdom despite what our eyes may see as closed doors in every direction. Please let us know how we can be praying for you. We welcome and cherish your requests. If you would like to partner with us financially please click here.
