We trust you are well. Velma and I are still throwing words at each other. However not as many, as Sharper than Any Two Edged Sword gets closer to the final edit and all the hard work to get it ready for the printer. Please pray for Buddy, Clance, Mykaela, and Velma as they do the final edit of the book. There will remain a lot of finish work. All the revenue given for this book before or after printing will be used to reprint it in another language for another country or countries. Pray it will be spiritually challenging and encouraging to all who read it.

Thinking about the Word, Come and hear, all who fear God and I will tell of what He has done for my soul. (Psalm 66:16) This week I shared my testimony going through the drive-through at Arby’s. Velma said, “I thought he was going to jump in the car with us.” He seemed so glad to hear my testimony. These are days when people are looking for encouragement and hope. Let’s tell them about Jesus. Billy Graham said, “Hope is like oxygen to our soul and the Bible is full of hope.”

In the next five years, my personal goal for the MFM ambassadors is to tell one million people how we got saved. I am encouraged when I hear testimonies such as my friend Max Borah.

Max and Patty have been friends for many years. They moved from Illinois to Alabama and Max pastors a small church near their home. Recently, a member of the church brought an older gentleman to church who he had been talking to about his soul. The man had lived a very rough life and was resistant to the Gospel. Max said, “He was under conviction in the church service and didn’t think he would come back.” When considering going to visit him, Max learned that he was sick and thought, “I am not going to go see him.” Max prayed and the Lord said, “Go see him.” Max went to see the gentleman and asked, “Don’t you want to accept Jesus?” The gentleman said, “Yes.” Max led him to Christ and a couple days later the gentleman died of Covid-19.

Carpe Diem (Seize the day.)

We stand and serve by the grace of God and in the strength of your prayers.
